Welcome to HushV (“we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of hushv.com and your purchase of our digital products. By accessing the site or buying a product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or purchase. We may update these Terms from time to time; the “Last updated” date will change, and continued use after an update means you accept the new Terms.
HushV is a digital vault — audio, protocol, and tracker for sleep and focus. There is no physical shipment, no subscription, and no app. Everything is delivered as files you own.
Products
We currently offer two digital products, sold via Gumroad as merchant of record:
- Hush Vault Deep Sleep System — $29 (one-time). Includes: 60-minute brown noise + rain audio (WAV + MP3, seamless loop), 1-page Vault Method sleep protocol (PDF), and Notion sleep tracker template (one-click duplicate). Delivered as instant download. No subscription, no renewal.
- Hush Vault + Focus Pack (Bundle) — $39 (one-time). Everything in the Deep Sleep System plus 2 focus textures for deep work and priority access to the Hush Letter. $48 value, save $19. No subscription, no renewal.
Prices are in USD and may change with notice; the price at checkout is the price you pay. Gumroad handles VAT where applicable and shows the final total before you confirm. We may add future products (e.g., Hush Circle community at $9/mo) under separate terms when they launch.
Delivery
Delivery is instant and digital. After checkout on Gumroad, you receive a private link to download your files. You can re-download anytime from your Gumroad library or the link in your receipt email. Files are yours to keep on your device — no app, no login required to use them after download.
If you do not receive your link within minutes, check spam, then contact us at hello@hushv.com with your Gumroad email and we will resend it within 24 hours. Ensure your email is correct at checkout; we are not responsible for delivery failures due to typos, but we will help you recover access.
Refunds — 30-Day Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If the vault does not help you find calm, email hello@hushv.com within 30 days of purchase with your Gumroad receipt and we will refund you in full — no questions, no hassle. Refunds are processed via Gumroad to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
After 30 days, sales are final. Refunds apply to the digital products only; any future subscription (e.g., Hush Circle) will have its own refund window disclosed at purchase. Abuse of the guarantee (e.g., repeated purchase-refund cycles) may result in refusal of future refunds at our discretion.
Intellectual Property
All content on hushv.com and in the Hush Vault — including audio, protocol, tracker, copy, design, logo, and the “HushV,” “Hush Vault,” and “hushhh” marks — is owned by HushV and protected by copyright and trademark law. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the files for your own private use.
You may not redistribute, resell, share, publish, or create derivative works from the files without written permission. You may not use the audio in public commercial contexts (e.g., apps, courses, or products) without a license. If you would like to license the audio for a project, contact hello@hushv.com.
We respect the intellectual property of others and expect you to do the same. If you believe content on our site infringes your rights, contact us with details and we will review promptly.
Disclaimer & Limitation
HushV provides general wellness information and audio for relaxation. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have a sleep disorder or health concern, consult a qualified professional. We do not guarantee specific sleep outcomes; individual results vary.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HushV is provided “as is” without warranties. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
